Pusher Centrifuge

Pusher Centrifuge SZ

The Pusher Centrifuge is considered the workhorse of continuous filter centrifuges. Easily maintained with its modular construction of the rotating assembly, individual wear protection parts. The newly developed feed impeller significantly increases the product throughput. Basket sizes range from 250 to 1000 mm available in corrosion resistant materials. Mechanical pusher drives are fitted to machines with baskets up to 500 mm and above with efficient hydraulic drives.

Above 630mm all rotating parts are contained in a cartridge, swivel mounted for easy swap over, allowing the worn cartridge to be taken to workshop.


Peeler

Peeler Centrifuge HZ

The Peeler Centrifuge are discontinuously operating machines for filtration and sedimentation processes. The rotor is cantilever mounted in a horizontal arrangement. In addition to the separation of solids/liquids suspensions, Peeler Centrifuges are most suitable for efficient washing of the cake. KMPT have developed an efficient siphoning feature which markedly increases the capacity.

Basket sizes range from 250 to 1800 mm.

Automatic residual heel removal ensures almost complete product discharge. Hydraulic housing closure and the self-tightening filter cloth retaining rings reduce downtime for maintenance. The centrifuge is also sterilisable and the fully opening hinged housing allows a thorough inspection of the entire centrifuge process area.


Inverting Filter Centrifuge

Optional pressure filtration and convective product drying by hot gas are already built into this centrifuge-without modification or additional expense. The product discharged with minimal yield loss. A sealing system effectively separates the wetted process area from the dry part such that feed or filtrate splash will not affect your valuable product.

The automatic residual heel removal yields nearly complete product discharge. The process area, free of dead space, is easily cleaned. A fully automatic CIP system is also standard. Inspection of the centrifuge interior is feasible through the fully-opening top housing cover.
